We focus on the client's strengths while also directing attention to those behaviors and thoughts that hold people back from achieving their goals. Our aim is to provide a warm and nurturing environment where together we can work through and address your personal challenges, develop an understanding of the impact life experiences have on behavior and mood, utilize healthy, constructive coping skills, and empower real change in your life.

ABOUT ME
I am a Licensed Mental Health Therapist in Washington State. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Psychology, then completed a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology. I have been trained in Triple P (Positive Parenting Program), Project SafeCare, and FPS (Family Preservation Services). I have several years’ experience working with families involved with CPS that are in crisis, helping them navigate traumatic life events.
I collaborate with clients to identify their needs, then personalize treatment plans to achieve their goals. I am experienced in applying CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), solution focused therapy, and person-centered therapy techniques. I use an eclectic approach that allows me to tailor my skills to best suit your needs. I work in areas of anxiety, ADHD, life transitions, grief, parent coaching, developing healthy relationships and coping skills.
